Shipping/returns
Shipping Tshirts: All T-shirts are made to order so they will be ready to send off in around 7-10 business days.
Returns: All items are printed to order and such returns are not permitted unless the item is faulty.
Refund Policy
NOTE, any items that are sold with a discount code can not be returned these are final sale items, any request for a refund that has used a discount code will be denied.
We may offer a refund in the form of store credit, subject to approval. Please note the following details:
1. Store Credit Only: Any approved refunds will be issued as a store credit for the garment’s value.
2. Customer Responsibility for Return Postage: If a return is approved, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us, we cannot provide the credit until we receive your item.
3. No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If you would like a different size you will need to order a new size.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund - note this does not mean it will be accepted:
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at art@makufenaroli.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos, if applicable
We will review your request and respond promptly. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed due to the nature of my pieces.
Additional Notes.
• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of a new postage label if a replacement garment is requested using store credit.
